Recognising the importance of mistakes and creating possibilities for mistakes in learning situations
Understanding how to support long-term learning instead of short-term performance
Understanding the importance of the three basic psychological needs of learners
Ability to recognise and support at least some of the basic psychological needs of the learners
Understanding why and how misconceptions occur
Knowledge of some methods of how to correct zero waste misconceptions
Understanding the limitations and possibilities of learning assessment
Ability to assess the learning outcomes of planned educational activity in general terms
Ability to create learning activities on zero waste topics based on effective learning principles
Ability to adapt to the changes in the learning setting and improvise

Kadri Kalle
Education programme manager at Let’s Do It Foundation, based in Estonia. One of the creators of Zero Waste Trainer curriculum and the authors of Zero Waste Training Handbook. MSc in environmental sciences, supplemented by basics in educational psychology.
Kristiina Kerge
Trainer and tech innovation lead in Let’s Do It Foundation, based in Estonia. Certified Zero Waste Trainer and Ambassador.

Kadi Kenk

Mayri Tiido
Adult educator, qualified by the Estonian Qualification Authority. Certified in CIRCO circular design and trained at the University of Cambridge, she is a member of the Ellen MacArthur Foundation network and teaches circular economy topics in public and private sector. She is also trainer in the Zero Waste Trainer training.
Anastasiia Martynenko
Head of NGO Zero Waste Society (Ukraine), based in Ireland. Certified Zero Waste Trainer, mentor and facilitator with a wealth of training and managing different zero waste projects for different target groups.
